Sunday, September 25 Eleven humans and a dog did the Mill Ridge loop hike near Hot Springs, NC.

Saturday, September 24 Four hiker covered about eight miles on the AT, Pounding Mill and Whiteoak Trails from Camp Creek Bald to the West branch of Hickey Fork in Shelton Laurel, NC.

Saturday, August 20 There were four hikers along on the hike to Gentry Creek Falls between Damascus, Virginia and Mountain City, Tennessee. This is a flat, fairly easy hike made a little more difficult by many creek crossings which were achieved by rock hopping.
